The large windows open the gaze onto the Pale di San Martino, which enter the room with their clear, silent, majestic presence. Here time becomes soft, through the action of warm water, steam and essences. And out there, always: the Dolomite peaks that accompany every moment, from the clear morning light to the soft shadows of late afternoon. A spacious, airy spa, where wellbeing does not stay locked within walls, but speaks continuously with the landscape.

Our cuisine is rooted in the territory of the Dolomites and its seasons. Local ingredients, honest preparations, dishes that warm you. Here the cooking starts from what you know, but does not stop there. Mountain scents, recipes with memory, and then small shifts, details that change direction without making too much of themselves. There are combinations that surprise, textures that play, light transitions that move the balance a step forward. Ours is not home cooking. It is cooking that tastes like a mountain home.

In summer, the trails open up through alpine woods and meadows, the air smells of resin and fresh-cut hay, and the Pale di San Martino glow in a light that turns almost surreal at sunset. Scenic walks, trekking through the larch forests, cycling, stops at mountain huts with a slice of cake and silence all around. People come to San Martino di Castrozza for sport and fresh air, of course. But also to feel small in the face of so much beauty and the wonder of time, which transformed tropical coral reefs into jagged snowy peaks.
