Outside the cold bites. Flushed cheeks, tired legs, boots still full of snow. Then you come back in.
The warmth wraps around you, the rhythm slows, the day melts away gently. For us, après-ski is not noise or excess: it is the moment when the mountain makes room for rest. You get comfortable. You breathe. You talk. Here they are, our little treats at dusk.
The afternoon snack on your return
On your return, when the sun drops after the enrosadira, there is a simple but carefully prepared pause. Freshly baked homemade cakes and biscuits, fresh fruit, warm herbal teas to sip slowly. Scents that recall the kitchen of a mountain house, wrapped in the silence of the Dolomites outside the window. It is the natural transition between the energy of the day and the quiet of the evening. It is our small daily surprise to welcome you back.
Every day, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
After sunset, the light drops and the Lounge Bar finds its rhythm. Glasses of wine chosen to be savoured slowly, colourful aperitivos, spirits for quiet contemplation. And when the snow falls outside, a thick hot chocolate, to hold in your hands before you even think of drinking it. This is not a place you pass through. It is a place where you stop.
The day ends like this: with a discreet toast, a conversation that stretches on, the Pale fading into darkness beyond the windows. Tomorrow you will go back outside. But for now, you relax a little before dinner.
