The Baita Segantini is one of the most photographed places in the Dolomites.
The small wooden hut looks directly onto the Pale di San Martino, with a small lake that reflects the peaks on clear days. It is a perfect spot for dawn or sunset, when the enrosadira sets the rock ablaze with pink. A few minutes' walk. Then you stop.
The panorama is wide, open, almost theatrical. And yet it remains intimate.
