Early in the morning, a boulangerie scent rises from the kitchen, like when the croissants and pastries come out of the oven in Paris.
Following the ancient French recipe with the finest Isigny butter, our Pastry Chef Francesca prepares fresh each morning cream-filled, chocolate and pistachio cornetti, pain au chocolat, cream and fruit plaits, carrot cake and chocolate cake, to name just a few delights.
The maritozzi with cream, on the other hand, are entirely Italian in spirit. Made to order. As is everything on our savoury side: from eggs in every variation to bacon, Francesca, working from our open kitchen, has a warm gesture and a smile for everyone. You have to try it to believe it.
