Meetings& Team Building

Business, away from the usual meeting rooms.

Ideas do not always come from in front of a screen. Sometimes they arrive during a cycle ride by the sea. Over a shared dish. While your hands shape clay or a boat slips into the silence of a cave. At Giardino dei Pini, work changes rhythm. Because when the context changes, so do the people. Here time expands, conversations become more genuine, and a meeting can turn into something that carries on long after the last slide.

TheSpaces

For a brand that wants to convey its values, the image it communicates is everything. And it shows in everything. Including the choice of location for its events. Like a diffused hotel, The Begin Hotels offers various multifunctional spaces: meeting rooms, spaces for presentations, press conferences and product launches, as well as our Café Continentale and The Modernist Bistrò for working lunches and corporate events. Right opposite Hotel Continentale, inside one of the most beautiful Liberty buildings in the city and, we can say it, in Italy too, we have two meeting rooms of different sizes.

A space entirely your own

Some events deserve a dedicated space. Even an entire hotel. Giardino dei Pini can be reserved, exclusively if needed, welcoming your team for one or more days. No interference. No passing guests. Just your group, immersed in the green of Salento, with the freedom to live every space at your own pace: the meeting room, the restaurant, the pool, the spa, the gardens. Because ideas need space. Physical space too.

The best team builder? The territory itself.

We do not believe in activities built at a desk. We believe in places that know how to put people in a position to share something real. Cycling along the Ciclonica, with the sea always alongside. Stepping into a workshop and rediscovering the slowness of Salentine ceramics. Boarding a boat and reaching the caves where the sea changes colour. Or simply sitting together over a glass as the sun drops between the olive trees. Every experience is born from the territory. And ends up speaking to your team. Like a memory that strengthens bonds.

A multifunctional meeting room

Ideas certainly need a space in which to meet. Our meeting room is designed to adapt to the way you work, not the other way around. It accommodates presentations, workshops, working sessions and training moments, before giving way to everything that happens outside. Because here, the room is only the starting point.

Amaranta Restaurant

At Giardino dei Pini, the food is genuinely good. That is not a secondary detail: it is part of the experience. Ristorante Amaranta brings to the table a cuisine that tells the story of Salento through its most authentic ingredients, with that care for the raw material and that creativity in combining flavours that turns every working lunch or team dinner into something worth remembering. Nothing anonymous, nothing pre-packaged. Every dish has a story, every menu is built together with whoever is organising, tailored to that occasion, that group, that day. Because at the table too, the right detail makes all the difference.

Every team is different.

Which is why we do not offer packages. We design experiences. Whether it is a private board meeting, an incentive trip, a retreat or an event with the hotel entirely privatised, we build every project starting from a simple question: what memory do you want to leave your team?
