A real good morning is always made of good things, small gestures that become special: the smell of coffee, the scent of a cake just out of our Chef's oven. For us, breakfast is a ritual to be celebrated, one that deserves time: a creamy cappuccino, a selection of fresh fruit, eggs made to order, a pancake with red berries and, above all, a warm pasticciotto straight from the oven – to remind you that yes, you are finally in Salento. Now you can truly switch off and allow yourself the slow pace. Just as the morning birdsong is inviting you to do, beneath our centuries-old pines.
