Whether beneath the iconic arches or, when the season allows, out on the terrace overlooking the port, the SeePort Bistro is Ancona's living room. A space that shifts with the hours: from a quiet morning coffee to a working lunch, through the golden hour and into dinner, when the sofas fill and the industrial iron chandeliers cast their warm glow. All of it, naturally, to the rhythm of jazz.

Like any good living room, our Bistro is one of those places that wraps itself around you, full of small details and stories waiting to be discovered. Much like our dishes: simple, yet quietly refined, each one a glimpse into the romantic industrial soul of the SeePort. Delicate and bold, local recipes and unexpected international twists. A menu that takes you somewhere without ever asking you to leave your comfort zone - whether that's the leather sofa or Chef Antinori's legendary burger.

"Snack with Grandpa" is one of his signatures, alongside Vodkatini, Moscow Mule and Martini. And a cocktail crafted for Alessandra, who loves the scent of violet, and Margherita, who can't resist cinnamon. And one for you, too, if you feel like surrendering to Stefano's imagination. A behind-the-scenes glimpse of aperitivo hour at the SeePort on any ordinary evening at sunset. The arches overlooking the port take care of the rest.

The Red Hour

His hands are slender, and they move with a kind of quiet elegance, as if each gesture were a small ceremony in honour of what's being made. His pace is unhurried, but his imagination never rests, always searching for an ingredient, a rare spice, a new garnish. Since taking his first steps in the world of mixology in 1996 between his native Salento and Milan, Stefano has seen trends rise and fall. He, however, has stayed loyal to his own constants: delicate experimentation, deep respect for the land, and the conviction that a cocktail is far more than the sum of its measures. Stefano has the rare gift of turning a desire into a blend.

We're here Tuesday through Sunday, from morning onwards, for a quiet coffee break, a light lunch, a slow afternoon with tea and petits fours, or for aperitivo and dinner with a lounge soundtrack in the background. Lunch: 12.30–14.00 Dinner: 19.00–22.30

An Urban Spa, as are the atmospheres you breathe inside. Dark colours that invite calm. To breathe. To listen to the background music flowing gently. Like the bubbles of our Jacuzzi. To be savoured sipping a glass of champagne with strawberries. Then refreshed by the Bucket Shower, a hydrotherapy treatment of Tyrolean origin. The wellness journey continues by alternating the chromotherapy of the emotional showers with the Finnish sauna and Turkish bath.

We have a dedicated wellbeing menu. In the massage room, the body takes centre stage: soft lighting and relaxing music help release tension and restore inner peace. Our Spa Manager advises and guides. She accompanies you through a choice of face and body treatments, rituals from distant lands, designed to regenerate body and spirit. A bow to the sea and to the luxury shipbuilding that has always been part of Ancona's identity. This suite is designed like a yacht: lines, materials and details that tell of the journey. Inside, small hidden gems to discover one by one. First among them, a spa with a view. Then the living room, where design takes on form and character. This is where our interior designers gave their imagination free rein. And it shows.

We have a suite that is also a spa. It feels like a yacht, suspended between the blue of the sea and the reds of the sky, with dawns and sunsets peering through the waves. A room that is an experience. Entirely glazed. Between a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath and chromotherapy. Without forgetting the heated outdoor Jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the cathedral and the sea. A treat to share with the person you love, for a special occasion or, why not, on an ordinary day. A touch of magic 

Early in the morning, a boulangerie scent rises from the kitchen, like when the croissants and pastries come out of the oven in Paris.Following the ancient French recipe with the finest Isigny butter, our Pastry Chef Francesca prepares fresh each morning cream-filled, chocolate and pistachio cornetti, pain au chocolat, cream and fruit plaits, carrot cake and chocolate cake, to name just a few delights. The maritozzi with cream, on the other hand, are entirely Italian in spirit. Made to order. As is everything on our savoury side: from eggs in every variation to bacon, Francesca, working from our open kitchen, has a warm gesture and a smile for everyone. You have to try it to believe it.
